The GlatopaCare team understands how relapsing-forms of multiple sclerosis can affect you and your loved ones, and we are here to help. GlatopaCare is a network of patient support services available free of charge to people with relapsing-forms of multiple sclerosis who are prescribed Glatopa® (glatiramer acetate injection) as well as their families and caregivers.

After you enroll, you can call your GlatopaCare Representative at 1.855.GLATOPA with any non-medical questions you may have regarding your treatment with Glatopa.

Glatopa RepGlatopaCare Representatives are there to help with any questions of a non-medical nature, such as insurance concerns, questions about Co-Pay eligibility,* or putting you in touch with a Nurse Trainer to assist with injection training.

Nurse Support: Injection Training and More

Nurse TrainingYou can schedule an injection training session with a GlatopaCare Nurse Trainer. This session can help you feel confident about self-injections and proper injection technique. The Nurse Trainer can go to your home, and is also available by phone to help with injection questions.
 

24/7 Patient Support

247 SupportGlatopaCare Nurses are available 24/7 to serve as injection support and to provide answers to non-medical questions and guidance about self-injection and proper injection technique to you at any time.
 

Glatopa® Co-Pay Program

Co-payEligible* patients may pay $0 Co-Pay per month for Glatopa® (glatiramer acetate injection). That’s zero dollars out-of-pocket for their Co-Pay for those who are eligible.

*Glatopa Co-Pay Program Eligibility
The Glatopa Co-Pay Program provides up to $9,000 in annual Co-Pay support for Glatopa prescriptions. This program is not health insurance. This program is for insured patients only; uninsured cash-paying patients are not eligible. Patients are not eligible if prescriptions are paid, in whole or in part, by any state or federally funded programs, including but not limited to Medicare (including Part D, even in the coverage gap) or Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, or TriCare, or private indemnity, or HMO insurance plans that reimburse you for the entire cost of your prescription drugs, or where prohibited by law. Card may not be combined with any other rebate, coupon, or offer. Sandoz reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without further notice.
